Even though I thought I maintained my teeth pretty well, I ended up having to pay a hefty bill because I didn’t do scaling treatment on a regular basis. Rather than leaving dentist appointments to the very last minute, get in the habit of visiting a dentist at least once a year. In the long-term, you will be paying way less by having your teeth checked up regularly.
At times, you may lose hope because you don’t see any results after a month of hard work. Remember, it’s not all about the product. Your lifestyle habit is equally as important in determining your dental health.
